Marketplace
Set-up
The Marketplace Trade Show
will be open Monday, August 4th from 2:30-5:30. Exhibitor set-up
is scheduled from 8:00-2:00.
All booths must be set up by 2:00 pm on Monday.
Dismantling of exhibits will
be from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm on
Monday evening. No packing of equipment, literature or
dismantling of exhibits will be permitted until the official
closing time on Monday. Companies that break down before
5:30 will be subject to a $500 fee.
Exhibitor Service Kits
Service kits will be sent to
exhibitors soon after receipt of
registration. The service kit will contain booth number,
a
service order, freight schedule, forms for furnishings, signs
and accessories, labor, electrical order information, and shipping.
Booth Assignments
Booth Assignments
Sponsors of the Summer Conference are assigned booth space
first and all other exhibitors are assigned booth space according
to the order in which payment and registration are received.
Exhibitor Booth Space Rental
The booth size for the NCAMP
Marketplace is 10’x10’.
Demonstration areas should be located within the booth to allow
sufficient space for spectators. Aisles cannot be obstructed
due
to any activities within the booth.
Exhibiting companies will be
held responsible for any damage done to the property by employees
or contracted personnel. No
nails, tacks or screws may be driven into the floor, columns,
wall
or wood board.
Exhibitor cancellations
must be received in writing by July 18th
to receive a refund, less $150 administrative fee. NO refunds
will be given for exhibitor cancellations after July 18th.
Fire and Safety
All
local fire and safety regulations will be strictly enforced
and the exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance
with such
regulations. All decorations must be flameproof and electrical
wiring must meet the safety requirements of building and city
codes.
