The NCAMP room block at the Westin
will be held until July 10th. After this date, reservations
will be accepted at the hotel’s
prevailing rate, based on availability.
Conference Registration

registration fees!
Send in your registration information with full payment
before
July 18th to receive the discount on your conference registration.
Please note: ALL memberships in NCAMP are individual
memberships. There are no company memberships. To receive
the member discount you personally must be a current member.
Conference Cancellations must be received
in writing by July
18th to receive a full refund. Cancellations after July
18th are
subject to a 50% administrative fee, based on total fee
paid.
No conference fees will be refunded after 5:00 pm on July
25th.
Sponsorships
Our Industry Partners Program offers many benefits that
you and your company will receive at each sponsorship level.
Interested companies must complete and submit the sponsorship
form.
Name Badges
All meeting attendees, including
exhibitors, must have name
badges to enter educational sessions, the Marketplace and
social
functions.
There will only be one entrance into the Marketplace
and security guards will be posted to check in exhibitors
and
attendees during set-up time as well as throughout the
duration
of the trade show. Only exhibitors will be admitted during
setup
and dismantling. There will be a $25 replacement fee for
lost
name badges.

Opportunities Sunday afternoon, we have put together

White Water Rafting
Charlotte is home to the world’s
largest manmade white water rafting
facility. Paddle your way through non-stop class II-
IV whitewater just
minutes from downtown Charlotte. Over the course of
a 2 hour guided
trip, you will surf the waves on the wilderness section
and challenge
your skills on the tight turns of the competition channel.
